It?s time for another meetup! With all the changes in Second Life, it?s a good time to discuss and review the critical shifts in the world that we deal with everyday.

1) Linden Lab has outlawed gambling, a very popular pastime for many Second Life residents. Is this a good or bad thing for the world? Has there been much impact financially for users?

2) Voice is now live on the main grid. How have you used voice and has it changed the way you interact with other residents? Is it just a shiny new feature that will never be used? Will it create a strata of ?have? or ?have nots??

3) Linden Lab has been randomly polling residents to gauge their satisfaction with the service. Have you?ve been asked to take the random survey? Are you happy with SL in general?

4) The Second Life banking (Ginko) and stock trading (WSE) have taken some hits lately. Do you use the service or have you cashed out recently? How does recent policy affect these industries in SL?

5) SLCC is coming up! Anyone planning on going?

We?ll be meeting at the Cambridge Brewing Company in Kendall Square again. There is street parking and it?s also a short walk from the Kendall Red Line stop.
